Typically follows a 'Make Ready Consultation' where the homeowner receives a detailed plan outlining the tasks needed to prepare their home to sell, estimated timeline and my cost. Property Make Ready Team includes Ashlie and Casey Cobb carrying out the plan. Services include decluttering and removing unwanted household items. Packing and boxing up personal items to store. Organizing and staging your home to attract potential buyers. When you hire Unstuck Living Team you get our full attention to your property. The team is recommended when you have a specific deadline and can include weekends and evenings. This service may or many not include working with vendors at additional expense to the property owner; such as house-cleaners, window washers, furniture movers, landscapers, ect. *Disclaimer if the property needs home improvements I will work with the Realtor and Property Owner as the Project Manager and additional compensation for my work on and off of the property.
