Typically follows a 'Make Ready Consultation' where I give the homeowner a detailed plan outlining the tasks needed to prepare their home to sell, estimated timeline and my cost. Property Make Ready service is me actually carrying out the plan. Services include decluttering and removing unwanted household items. Packing and boxing up personal items to store. Organizing your home to attract potential buyers. This service may or many not include working with vendors; such as house-cleaners, window washers, furniture movers, landscapers, ect. *Disclaimer if the property needs home improvements I will work with the Realtor and Property Owner as the Project Manager and additional compensation for my work on and off of the property.
